LHS Band Boosters,
After six years as your LHS Band Boosters President of the Executive Board of Directors, and as of the board meeting held on 13 November 2017, I have asked the board to accept my retirement since my youngest child is graduating from LHS in the Spring of 2018. It has been my distinct privilege to serve the needs of the LHS Bands and work so closely with Mr. Freesen and all of you in the continued tradition of excellence of the LHS Band programs. I have been inspired by the fantastic work of all of the students, instructors, family, and friends that make up the boosters organization and I am proud to have so many of you as lasting friends out of this experience.
I am pleased to announce that the board has simultaneously approved the appointment of Bob Frisch as our new LHS Band Boosters President. I am extremely confident in Bob’s dedication and capabilities to serve in his new responsibilities as LHS Band Boosters President and I will continue to provide my support to him, Mr. Freesen, and the rest of the boosters as needed to ensure strong continuity of leadership and the tradition of excellence.
