Wind Symphony Shines at CBA State Concert Band Finals

Congratulations to the LHS Wind Symphony for their stellar performance at the CBA State Concert Band Finals on April 17 at Colorado State University. The ensemble received a Superior with Distinction rating, the highest possible. Check out the videos below from the State Finals. LHS Winter Guard Takes 4th at RMCGA State Championships!

Congratulations to the LHS Winter Guard for their 4th place finish this past weekend at the Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association State Championships in Denver. They scored an 81.6 in preliminary competition and finished the season with an 80.0 in finals competition. One year completed in the new classification. Loveland Colorguard Invitational Dances into Loveland

On March 9th the Loveland High School Colorguard hosted the first annual Loveland Colorguard Invitational. The event was a success to say the least. A huge thanks goes out to all of the business that donated food, beverages, and all other materials to make this fundraiser pure profit for the program! Also a huge thank you to all of the volunteers, we could not do it without your help! The success of the first show is going to be a great springboard for another competition next season. The LHS colorguard placed 1st tonight in the National Scholastic A division! Great work guard!

Thank you to all of the people who attended “A Night in Hollywood.” The band is truly thankful for your contributions and your support for music in public schools. The Loveland Band Program cannot do what we do without your help! Congratulations to all of our silent auction winners! Countless gift certificates, discounted services, and arts and crafts were available to bid on!
